Rep. Steny Hoyer Indicated He Will Endorse Rep. Donna Edwards in Maryland's 4th Congressional District

The Washington Post reports that U.S. House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer indicated a future intent to endorse Rep. Donna Edwards:

“I have indicated I will endorse Donna Edwards,” Hoyer said.

Does that mean he will campaign for her or throw the weight of his considerable campaign apparatus in Maryland behind her?

“As I said I have indicated I will endorse Donna Edwards,” Hoyer said.

The news comes on the heels of Rep. Edwards' announcement of positive internal polling results.
