The night we've all been waiting for is finally here. In just a few short hours, we will know the outcomes in the handful of contested Maryland Primaries. All eyes are on the Democratic and Republican Primaries in Maryland's 6th Congressional District. Additionally, many national observers will be looking at the performance of Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul in the contest for Maryland's 37 RNC Convention Delegates. There are also a number of contested school board primaries (such as in Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties), as well as other local races going on around the state.


NOTE: EARLY VOTING RESULTS RELEASED FIRST: Below, Maryland Juice provides a few links that may come in handy for politicos this evening. Remember that Early Vote election results ought to be released around 8:00-8:30 pm, almost an hour before polling place results are tabulated. But take these early vote numbers with a grain of salt, as this population is not necessarily representative of the broader voting population. For example, during the 2010 Democratic Primary, I definitely saw a couple of my own candidates change their order of finish from when the early vote results were tabulated, after the election day ballots were factored in.
