WASHINGTON—The National Education Association’s Political Action Committee, The NEA Fund, today voted to endorse the candidacy of Maryland State Senator Rob Garagiola in the Democratic primary for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. Election experts are picking this Congressional seat as one of the most likely Democratic pick-ups in the country, and Rob Garagiola as the favorite in the race.
