#mdpolitics - Join the fun (on Twitter) // Plus, what is a hashtag?

Hint: Adding #mdpolitics (ie: hashtag/poundsign + "mdpolitics") to your Tweets tells people that your messages are about "Maryland politics." Others can then search for Tweets marked #mdpolitics to see a roundup of Maryland political chatter at any given moment (including your comment). It is actually not a bad way to catch the pulse of targeted news in the morning. That's why I've permanently linked it to the right bar ---->
