Where is Delegate Heather Mizeur?

Look to the left. Can you spot Delegate Heather Mizeur?  Based on who else is in this photo, can you guess where it was taken? Hint: Not in Delegate Mizeur's District 20. This photo was taken at a District 16 Democratic Women's Club event.

Note that Del. Mizeur represents the Silver Spring & Takoma Park-based District 20 in Montgomery County. This is on the other side of the County compared to District 16, which is anchored by the D.C. suburbs of Bethesda and Chevy Chase.

In recent months, Del. Mizeur has also been hosting numerous fundraisers and has been spotted visiting various parts of Maryland. This is causing many of us to wonder what she's running for.

Note: We didn't pick the outfit.

It also brought back memories of reading the "Where's Waldo?" books (ie: trying to spot someone in a crowd), so I decided to make my own version, featuring Delegate Heather Mizeur.
